Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work — in plain language.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility and condition

Items should be in resellable condition. It's fine if you've opened the packaging or tried something out at home — original packaging is appreciated but not required. Any items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons will be clearly marked on the product page before you buy. [List of excluded items, if any — to be confirmed]

How to start a return

  • We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
  • Pack the item securely and send it back using the instructions provided.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong or incomplete order, contact us as soon as possible. These issues will be resolved with a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, and are not limited by the regular return window.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is on us — for every return, including change of mind. We'll send you a prepaid label or reimburse the cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available — mention it when you contact us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [refund processing time — to be confirmed]. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has shipped, you can return it under this policy.
